Emergency Restoration Services for Transmission & Distribution; & Temporary Distribution Services, Orlando, FL

Based on the responses by selected suppliers to this Statement of Qualifications (“SOQ”), OUC may will one or more Master Service Agreements (“MSA”) for Emergency Restoration Transmission & Distribution Construction and Maintenance Services. OUC is accepting responses from qualified suppliers to provide Emergency Restoration Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Construction and Maintenance Services with experience in working with a range of both overhead and underground distribution systems up to 35 kV and transmission systems up to 230 kV. Emergency Restoration Services may be required before, during, and after an emergency event and shall be in accordance with all statutes and rules, including but not limited to Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) guidelines. OUC is seeking for suppliers with the right combination of price, qualifications, and experience to ensure that: T&D construction and maintenance services are provided in accordance with FEMA guidelines and built to OUC standards; OUC is able to maximize its use of FEMA and other grant funds; and with limited loss of available FEMA and other grant funds.
