Description
The Project consists of the review of all final design and permit documents, site preparation and construction. Any Owner supplied items will be coordinated through the CM At-Risk and will include CM At-Risk paid utility connections for appliances etc. The Cobb County Fire Training Facility will be located at 2109 Valor Drive SW Marietta, GA 30008 at its current site. The Project will be a complete interior renovation of the existing building. Project
will be permitted through the Cobb County. All permits, fees, and utilities will be paid through the CM At-Risk. Bonds required.
