• Contractor’s License Number and Classification(s)
• Contractor’s DIR Registration Number
Resulting list will be used to obtain quotations for projects in appropriate categories up to the Uniform
Public Construction Cost Accounting dollar limit for the 2022 calendar year. The application cycle will begin October 6, 2021 and must be finalized and submitted no later than by 2:00 p.m., November 15, 2021.
