Description
The successful contractor will be required to tear off and replace the existing roof with new insulation and a TPO membrane. The project also includes the replacement of the HVAC system and associated electrical, fire alarm, low voltage trades and other miscellaneous work noted in the construction documents. Any contractor submitting a Proposal must register with the School District’s Vender Registry and download a complete set of the Contract Documents. Bonds required.
