Description
The general scope of the project shall include the following: The removal and disposal of existing asphalt, granite curbing (salvage), walk bridges, (salvage), rock debris, and select trees, The addition, expansion and/or rebuilding of tees on Holes 4, 5, 6, The expansion of greens on Hole 6 (existing 4) and alternate option for Hole 3, The rerouting and reconstruction of the fairways on Holes 4, 5, 6, The construction of bunkering on Holes 4, 5, 6, The transfer of existing fairway sod and all restoration with new sod for Holes 4, 5, 6, The installation of fairway slit drainage, block curbing, asphalt cart paths, rock outcroppings and other miscellaneous finishing work on Holes 4, 5, 6, and Owner’s responsibilities: Irrigation installation, new bridge installation, erosion control installation.
