New Construction: Provide Design-Builder services for the Clear Springs Ranch Resource Recovery Facility (CSRRRF) Biogas Utilization Project. Utilities has developed an overarching approach for the Biogas Utilization Program that is based on a design-build implementation strategy for the biogas treatment and injection project for the gas scrubbing/compression system.
