City Wide Street Repairs Group No. 6-2021 Parking Lots, Rockford IL

This project consists of various parking lot repairs throughout the city. Repairs may include but are not limited to parking lot resurfacing, curb repairs, sidewalk repairs, structure adjustments, apron repairs, and drainage repairs. A general quantity breakdown and description of each proposed project location has been included for reference; however project locations and scope are subject to change by project ownership. Reasonable effort has been made to ensure that the bid quantity breakdown sheets are accurate however, quantities in the breakdown sheets are provided only as a courtesy for bidding and are subject to change by the owner. Parking Lot Resurfacing and patching with curb and gutter repairs, sidewalk repairs, alleyway approaches, driveway approaches, structural repairs, and drainage repiars as needed at the following locations: 1) Parking Lot No. 2 – Located at South Madison Street and Walnut Street. 2) Parking Lot No. 28 – Located at North 2nd Street and Market Street. 3) Parking Lot No. 30 – Located at East State Street and North 3rd Street. 4) City Yards Garage – Located at the City Yards.
