Furnish & Install Brand Specific Floor Tile in LightPlace Exhibit Area (Track Level) – REISSUANCE, Richmond, VA

The Science Museum of Virginia, hereafter referred to as the “Science Museum,” is seeking a Contractor to furnish and install Capri Collections “Re-Tire Recycled Rubber” Floor Tile, Color: “Waterfall”, 24” x 24”, 8 mm thickness (Product #RT4213), as specified in Attachment A, on the Track level of the Science Museum in the LightPlace exhibit area. No substitutions will be accepted. The specific areas of the Science Museum to be tiled are shown on the map labeled as Attachment B. Note: There are fixed exhibits installed in this area, so field measurements are required. Mandatory site visit required. Prospective bidders may view the property on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. after scheduling an appointment with Steve Teacher (804-864-1369 / [email protected]) or Barry Lewis (804-864-1471 / [email protected]). Questions will be addressed at the site visit. A representative from each firm must sign in on the Mandatory Site Visit sign-in sheet and provide all requested information for their bid to be accepted. Bidders are required to take measurements for accuracy and will be able to walk the Track level area, supervised.
