CMAR Martha Morehouse Tower Upgrades, Columbus, OH

Primary function of the CMAR is HVAC Building Systems Commissioning. This project will provide adequate, Facilities Guidelines Institute (FGI) 2018 compliant HVAC system upgrades for Martha Morehouse Tower (MMT) floors 1-6, 9, and 10. Each floor and specific services will be taken offline one at a time. The 8th floor will serve as the designated swing space during construction. Most floors will receive a new Air Handler Unit (AHU) to be installed in the recent mechanical space building addition. As a part of this multi-phased project the scope will include ADA improvements, finish upgrades in specific clinic areas to be determined at later date, and replacement of the nurse call system throughout MMT in all existing locations. Interior water proofing will need to be addressed as apart of this project as well.
