Castle Rock & CDOT Region 1 ATSPM Upgrades, ATSPM Dashboard Dev. & Corridor Signal Timing, Castle Rock, CO

The Town of Castle Rock is soliciting responses from qualified contractors to provide ATSPM system configuration, development of an ATSPM dashboard, in order to gather, collect, and report on ATSPM on four regional corridors at a total of 26 intersections. The Town of Castle Rock (ToCR) Public Works Department is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide services and technical support for the Castle Rock and CDOT Region 1 ATSPM Upgrades, ATSPM Dashboard Development, and Corridor Signal Timing Project. The ToCR has received funding for the project through a Denver Regional Council of Governments (DRCOG) grant using Federal Surface Transportation Block Grant Funds. This project expands on a very successful 2018 “proof of concept” ATSPM project to regional CDOT and Town of Castle Rock (ToCR) corridors. The 2018 ATSPM project included installing FHWA ATSPM Open Source software on ToCR servers, configuring a corridor of four intersections including detection setup, completing retiming for the corridor, and providing ATSPM training to ToCR Staff.
