Multi-Location & Year Service: As-Needed Task Order HVAC Maintenance & Repairs In Town Housing, Los Angeles & Various Counties, CA

Locations included in this bid: La Verne, Rolling Hills, Riverside, and Yorba Linda. MWD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide HVAC maintenance and repair services (to be paid at prevailing wages) for its thirty- employee houses noted above on an as needed basis, per the direction of the MWD Real Property Facility Manager and authorized Real Property representatives. The services that are being requested will include trouble call service 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including scheduled repairs necessary to ensure safe, well maintained HVAC systems for District employees at their residences. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing prevailing wage labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service, including any shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work. Contractor will also be responsible for discarding all used materials offsite. Bonds required. Term is three years.
