Description

Underground Drainage Pipe Cleaning. Thornton has several drainage pipes that will need periodic cleaning. In addition, new drainage systems may be added to Thornton’s infrastructure system. There are three (3) existing major underdrain systems at this time. The underdrain system located on the east and southeast side of Tani Gravel Lake is approximately 1,820 feet of 18-inch slotted PVC and 300 feet of 15-inch slotted and solid PVC. The system located at East Sprat Platte pit is approximately 1,875 feet of 15-inch slotted and solid PVC piping. The system located near E470 (Hammer Reservoir Complex) and Riverdale Road is approximately 1,800 feet of 8-inch slotted PVC.
