Description
Removal of existing deteriorated fencing and related brick pillars, monuments and sidewalks along the perimeter and interior of the Willow Creek subdivision and on the entranceways into the neighborhood. The project includes the removal and reconstruction of a retaining wall and the installation of new Allan Block fencing, monuments, pillars, irrigated landscaping, and electrical boxes. Bonds required.
