Description
The purpose of this Solicitation is to obtain CM/GC services, for the Arapahoe County Justice Center located at 7325 S Potomac St., Centennial, CO 80112. The project consists primarily of the following: Upgrades to two staff restrooms, Upgrading cabinetry, fixtures, and switch plates in all jury rooms and in certain Judge chambers, Upgrades to elevator cab finishes and Minor demolition / construction to an office space in Courthouse 2.
