Description
The County of Santa Clara is seeking proposals from qualified Proposers to provide "Countywide Performance Based Janitorial Services" for various County departments on an as-needed basis. Countywide Performance Based Janitorial Services have been divided into eight (8) separate lots: Lot 1: Parks and Recreation; Lot 2: Roads and Airports; Lot 3: Facilities and Fleet; Lot 4: Social Services Agency Lot 5: County Executive’s Office; Lot 6: Agriculture and Environmental Management (Animal Shelter Center); Lot 7: Health and Hospital Systems; Lot 8: Probation. This RFP may result in multiple awards. If an award is made, it is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of up to three (3) years with an option to renew in the County’s sole discretion for two (2) additional one-year periods, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
