Description

The City is soliciting bids for an annual requirements contract for Annual Litter Abatement Program, according to the specifications. The contractor shall install curb inlet filters on inlets designated by City. Location of inlet filters may vary from month to month and contractor shall remove and install inlets as requested by City Staff. The City plans to install approximately 1200 linear feet of baskets ranging in size from 4 to 20 feet and the inlet locations will be spread across the City. Basket maintenance shall be performed once a month, unless otherwise directed City, and billed monthly for baskets in service. The contractor shall sort and characterize the debris at each inlet by weight each calendar month. Maintenance of inlet filters includes weighing of collected debris, proper disposal of debris, and installation and/or removal of filters as directed by City. Pictures shall be taken at each inlet and all data provided to the City monthly in a format acceptable to the City. The City may opt to increase or decrease the frequency of the maintenance. Contract duration is 12 months with 4 annual renewals. Questions are due no later than 4:00 PM on Sept 30th. Bonds required.
