Multi-Year Service: Iron Mountain Pumping Pump Plant Housing As-Needed TOC Plumbing Maintenance & Repairs, Earp, CA

MWD is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide plumbing maintenance and repair services (to be paid at prevailing wages) for its thirty-two (32) single story employee houses located at 6001 Iron Mountain Pumping Plant Road, Earp, CA 92242, on an as-needed basis, per the direction of the MWD Real Property Facility Manager and authorized Real Property representatives. The services that are being requested will include trouble call service 24 hours per day, seven days per week, including scheduled repairs necessary to ensure safe, well-maintained Plumbing systems for District employees at their residences. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing prevailing wage labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, service, as well as any shop facilities necessary to perform high quality work. Contractor will also be responsible for discarding all used materials offsite. Bonds required. Term is three years.
