Description
2) Bidder shall provide all labor, materials, testing and retesting, equipment, transportation, insurance and every item of expense necessary to perform construction field and laboratory testing, and inspection services for DGS as requested by DGS’s authorized representative. Requests for services shall be issued through Job Orders.
a. The California Veterans Home Yountville, New Skilled Nursing Facility Project consists of:
i. Approximately 285,000 square feet (S.F.) 5-story skilled nursing facility building, built on concrete piles and slab on grade, with the main structure consisting primarily of precast panels and floor planks.
ii. Includes 240 member bedrooms.
iii. Includes kitchen(s), dining rooms, exam rooms, nursing stations, and laundry facilities.
iv. Includes perimeter fencing, parking, roadways, and landscape.
v. Includes emergency generator(s), central plant, utilities, and other appurtenances.
Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Questions due 9/21/21 by 5pm.
