Description

The project is located at the intersection of NYS Route 26 and County Route 38, on East Main St, Turin, New York 13473, in the Village of Turin, Lewis County, New York. This project includes the site cleanup of a two-story building that once occupied approximately 10,000 SF which had been condemned by the County as an unsafe structure before it was damaged by fire and collapsed, and the restoration of the site by back filling the foundation and re-establishing turf. Cleanup tonnage is estimated at as much as 2,000 tons of asbestos-containing materials. The site includes five (5) tax parcels (321.15-01-03.000 thru 07.000) covering approximately one-quarter (1/4) acre.
