Description
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing running track, multipurpose grass field, drainage catch basins and stormwater pipes. Site improvements include the installation of a new resilient surfacing running track surface with “D” areas for long jump/triple jump and pole vault, a synthetic turf multi-purpose competition field with nailer for attachment, installation of a water line and ground hydrants as part of the irrigation system, all necessary track drainage, field underdrain and subsurface stormwater detention system, asphalt paving, athletic field equipment and handling and disposal of non-hazardous contaminated excavated soil. Alternate 1 scope includes the removal and replacement of the existing light bollards utilizing the existing bollard footings and electric conduits.
