Description

The City of Plano is accepting competitive sealed bids to establish an annual fixed price contract for the purchase of high performance cold mix paving material. The Public Works Department uses cold mix to fill potholes on major and secondary thoroughfares, residential streets, and alleys. Due to the considerations of crew downtime and transportation expense, the Public Works Department requires that the plant location for pick-up of the paving material be within a fifty (50) mile radius of Plano city limits. Prices submitted on the bid form shall be FOB pickup by the Public Works Department. Contract will be awarded for one year with four City automatic renewals. Questions are due by Sept 28th @ 11:00 AM.
