Description
ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for tenant improvements of 12,250 AF at Petco #2447, 441 FM 518 Rd, Kemah TX 77565 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Blinds, Concrete Flooring (Includes Epoxy), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Sprinkler, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet, Tile), Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Insulation, Lab / Materials Testing, Ornamental Metals, Painting, Plumbing, Roofing, Roof - Sheet Metal, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Signs, Steel – Erection, Steel - Structural / Steel Fabrication, Toilet Accessories / Specialties. All proposals and questions should be sent to [email protected]. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents. Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal.
