Onsite Generators for Utilities Department, Augusta, GA

The Utilities Department is seeking bids from vendors to supply 250 ekW and 300 ekW generators for several location. These generators wilt be used to replace old aging generators at some locations, including installing new generators at new locations. Augusta's intent to purchase Onsite Generators on an as needed bases; however, therefore quantities will vary. These generators are outlined in the Caterpillar Specification. The specification listed are the minimum requirements and are based on Caterpillar Diesel Generator Sets. The generators will all be 3 phases, 480-volt generators. If a vendor would like to submit their product as an equal, it will be up to the vendor to demonstrate that it is an equal to the currently model and minimum listed in the specifications. The request for approval of an or equal product must be submitted no later than Friday, October 1, 2021 @ 5:00 P.M.
