Description
ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for tenant improvement of 75,692 SF at Academy #121 at 550 Barnes Drive, San Marcos TX 78666 for the following trades: Trades: Demolition, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet), Painting, Pressure Washing. All proposals or questions should be sent to [email protected]. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project.
