Description
Harris County solicits bids for renovations to the Peden Building at 600 N. San Jacinto for Harris Co. Facilities & Property maintenance. Scope is separated into two packages. Pkg. 1 includes repairs & flood restoration and mitigation of the Harris Co. Annex #27 Peden Building for lower basement, basement and level 1. It also includes complete interior buildout of the basement and level 1. Package 2 includes complete interior buildout of levels 2-4. Questions are due by Sept 24th @ 12:00 PM. Bonds required. HSP required. Prevailing wages apply.
