Description
Construction Management and General Contracting of the NDFD Fire Station. North Davis Fire District (NDFD, Owner) is accepting proposals from qualified Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) firms interested in submitting qualifications and costs for the
construction management and general contracting of the NDFD Fire Station #42 located at 88 Center St,
Clearfield, UT 84015. Under no circumstance shall the CM/GC contact
Owner nor Blalock and Partners (Architect) after the Pre‐Proposal meeting other than through U3P. Owner and the Architect will review the CM/GCs’ proposals and fee proposals and announce a shortlist
for interviews. The dates of these events are outlined in the Schedule section of this RFP. The CM/GC
selected will be expected to begin work by October 18th, 2021, in preparation for their first meeting with
NDFD and the Design Team on October 28th, 2021. A Schematic Design package should be available to
the CM/GC by October 18th
