SPLOST VII Sidewalk Improvements, Albany, GA

This project involves installing sidewalk sections to provide a complete sidewalk along each City block at multiple locations in the area of central Albany. As such, the City is requesting bids for the installation of approximately 3500 sq. yds. of 4” sidewalk, about 105 handicap ramps and 550 sq. yds. of concrete driveways. Additional associated work includes demolition and replacement of curbs, driveways, concrete, and sidewalk; erosion and sedimentation control, crosswalk & stop bar striping and other miscellaneous associated work. This is a unit cost contract, and the City reserves the right to adjust the quantities within the contract by increase, decrease, or elimination in order to bring the project within the funding budget.
