Replacement of the existing structure carrying PA 954 over a tributary to Little Mahoning Creek with a Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert and other miscellaneous construction, as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for State Route 954, Section 457, in Indiana County West Mahoning Township from approximately .1 miles north of SR 4018 at segment 0620 offset 0453 to approximately .7 miles south of Smicksburg at segment 0610 offset 2819. DBE goal 6%. Prequalification required. Prevailing wages apply.
