Description
Harris County is soliciting bids for asphalt overlay for various roadways (Package 2021-3) for Precinct 3 - UPIN 21103N304930001. The project will consist of the vendor furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary for roadway reconstruction of approximately 7.9 miles of asphalt roadway within Harris County Precinct 3. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. MWBE Utilization Plan required.
