Description
The intention of this Harris County Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit offers for a term contract for lawn care and landscape maintenance at various locations for Harris County Facilities & Property Maintenance (FPM) for one (1) year beginning approximately January 1, 2022. Harris County may consider four (4) one-year renewal options, renewable one (1) year at a time. Maintenance shall consist of, weeding, mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, fertilizing, repairing of erosion, preventing diseases, controlling pest infestations, trash removal and maintaining a manicured appearance. Questions due no later than 12:00 PM on Oct 11th. MWBE Utilization Plan required. TEC Form 1295 required. Bonds may be required.
