Description
Scope of work: A. Generator and ATS Installation: 1) Furnish and install (1) new 225A/250V/10/N3R/MLO emergency electrical panel board along with (11) new 20A/1-Pole circuit breakers. 2) Conduit, fittings, boxes, and supports 3) Cooper conductors, devices and cover plates 4) Furnish and install (1) new 200A/250V/10 Cutler Hammer JD2200 circuit breaker to feed new panel board that will be install at 4th floor parking area. 5) Install, owner provided, new 50KW Natural gas Generator and ATS. Start up by Generator provider. 6) Installation of (11) new 120V/20A circuits needed at office areas. 7) Generator concrete pad. Price shall include labor, material, equipment, tools, freight, supervision and any cost associated to completing this project. The City of Laredo has established a 5% local vendor. preference ordinance
