RFQ - Construction Management at Risk Services for Sports Complex Venue, Laredo, TX

This is a Request for Qualifications intended to engage a qualified general contractor to submit a RFQ for the City of Laredo Sports Complex Venue Two Step Selection Process. The project consists of the phased construction of the City of Laredo Sports Complex Venue including but not limited to new baseball, softball, soccer, football and multipurpose fields, sand volleyball courts, basketball courts, concession buildings, restrooms, indoor sports center/gymnasium, food truck, bus and vehicular parking, playgrounds, outdoor amphitheater, large pavilions, trails, pedestrian bridges, sports lighting, landscaping, ponds, fishing piers, natural areas, splash pads, picnic areas, trail heads, utilities, park roads, vehicular bridges and other amenities in accordance with the approved master plan. The selection process will follow the two (2) step selection process as per Government Code; Section 2269.253 (Selection Process) and in accordance with SubChapter F. Construction Manager At-Risk Method. Questions are du no later than 12:00 PM on Oct 5th. TEC Form 1295 will be required.
