Description
Contractor’s Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the
Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials,
equipment, and travel necessary to perform exterior painting and replacement of any damaged wood at
the Los Gatos DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. The Contractor is responsible for field
verifying all dimensions and existing site conditions pertinent to this Agreement. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE incentives. Term is 30 days within the period of 12/1/21 through 6/30/23.
