Description

For the acquisition of the kinetic sculpture that is located at Monroe Park in Eugene. The steel and wood sculpture was created by Paul Pappas and placed in its current location in 1989. In 2017 the Public Art Committee voted to remove the sculpture from the Public Art Collection. The City will accept proposals from parties interested in acquiring the sculpture per the terms and conditions outlined in the RFP. Bonds apply.
