Description
Remove and replace roof membranes at non-slate roofs. Install 2 new roof hatches. Remove and rebuild parapets at three different roof panels, due to increased insulation thickness and structural deficiencies. Provide discrete masonry repairs. Asbestos abatement required where roof assemblies are replaced. Scaffolding will be required for access to several roof areas. Start within 7 days of written authorization to proceed.
Completion date is August 31, 2022. Bonds
