Subcontractors for Hilltop Community Revitalization Project Phase 1, Bedford, VA

The Town of Bedford is preparing to carry out the Hilltop Community Revitalization Project Phase 1 using Virginia Community Development Block Grant Funds. In the implementation of this project the following job types may be available: Construction Contractors (Class A and B) with appropriate licenses and certifications, construction laborer, roofers, HVAC installation professional, and excavation and grading contractor. The Town of Bedford is soliciting the participation of minority-owned and female-owned businesses, contractors and suppliers in carrying out this project. Such businesses may be included on appropriate bid and procurement lists by submitting a written request within ten (10) days of this notice. Requests should state the name, address, product or service, and how the firm qualifies as a minority or female owned business concern.
