New Construction Post 33, Milledgeville, GA

The Georgia Department of Public Safety (DPS) is posting a bid for new construction Georgia State Patrol Post 33 in Milledgeville, GA. Brick façade, metal roof, 6388 square feet. The project is being bid to licensed General Contractors who will provide all labor, material, equipment and supplies to complete the work. The project is under the jurisdiction of the Georgia State Fire Marshal. DPS already has the construction permit from the State as the City does not issue permits on State projects/state property. Work shall begin as soon as schedule allows after award notice. Suppliers must also be registered with the GA Secretary of State Office https://sos.ga.gov/. Licensed General Contractors must provide proof of liability insurance with DPS as the certificate holder.
