Faraday Fence Installation, Alcoa, TN

This Contract is for the construction of approximately 1003 LF of nine-gauge chain link fencing, eight (8) feet in height with tension wire, that is to be bid in two separate sections located next to Alcoa High school baseball/softball fields. The first section is 338 LF of fencing on the section to the northwest of the ballfields. The second section is 665 LF of fencing along Faraday St that includes a 20 FT double gate as shown on the attached drawing. Work includes mobilization of forces and equipment, installation of all fence materials, tying into the existing fence on one end of each section of proposed fence, cleanup of job site, hauling away of all excess materials and waste, and demobilization of forces and equipment. Fence detail and layout is provided as Faraday Fence Plan Sheet 1 included with this scope of work. The work under this contract shall be dependent upon the work schedule of the City. However, construction shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days of Contractor's receipt of Notice to Proceed. This work shall be coordinated with the Faraday St Improvements project to not interfere with work.
