Stucco Exterior Refurbishment in Buildings 1 & 5. G. Concrete/CMU exterior is damaged & requires replacement in Building 1. H. HVAC Renovations for Buildings 1, 2 & 3. I. Electrical Renovations for Buildings 1, 2, 3 & 4. J. Fire-Sprinkler Installation for Building 1. K. Media Center Renovations for Building 1. L. Restroom Renovations in Buildings 1 & 2. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
