CMAR Madison Cafeteria Concession Gym Office, Phoenix, AZ

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to contract with qualified firms to provide Construction Manager At Risk construction services for design support and construction of the projects identified below. All work will be funded using Bond, Adjacent Ways and/or other District funds. Project Descriptions: Madison #1 Middle School: Provide Construction Manager At Risk services for Madison #1 Middle School cafeteria remodel and new construction of a concession building. This project will be a full remodel of the kitchen area, partial remodel of the dining area and complete construction of a concession building adjacent to the cafeteria building and field. This will be an occupied campus. Tentative Construction Schedule: May, 2022 – December, 2022. Tentative Projected Construction Budget: $2.5 million. Madison Meadows Middle School: Provide Construction Manager At Risk services for Madison Meadows Middle School gymnasium. This project will be a full remodel of the gymnasium, including the demolition and construction of new support rooms. This will be an occupied campus. Tentative Construction Schedule: May, 2022 – December, 2022. Tentative Projected Construction Budget: $2.8 million. District Office Lobby and School Offices: Provide Construction Manager At Risk services for Madison School District Office Lobby and Seven (7) school front offices. This project will be a partial remodel of seven (7) school front offices and one (1) District Office remodel. Remodel to include storefront bullet resistant glass, doorways, and access controls for added safety and security. These will be occupied sites.
