Scope of Work: To support upcoming development around the Perryville and McDowell intersection, this project includes sewer main and regional drainage scope as described below. Perryville Sanitary Sewer: Approximately 8,500 LF of sewer line will be installed within Perryville Road starting from Van Buren Street and running north. The alignment generally runs along the west side of Perryville Road and ranges from 15’ to 24’depths. There is an existing sleeve under the I-10 Freeway that will allow the sewer to be pushed through the sleeve and pass through the ADOT Right of Way without open excavation. This scope is expected to start in the late fall of 2021. Buckeye 10 Regional Drainage Solution: Regional Drainage improvements will include retention basin facilities (connected by storm drain piping systems) to accommodate large storm events. Scope will include retention basin excavation, headwalls, storm drain pipe, and rip rap placement. In addition, a box culvert crossing at McDowell Road will be installed to complete the outfall of the drainage and connect to the existing channel infrastructure at the SWC of Perryville and McDowell. This scope is expected to start in the late fall of 2021 and run concurrent with the sewer scope noted above. Deadline for questions is October 7, 2021 by 5:00pm.
