Janitorial Services, Forsyth County, GA

The scope of work of this contract will include complete janitorial services for Forsyth County, which are listed within this request for proposal, from a certified, bonded Contractor. As a part of this work the awarded contractor will be required to perform daily wipe downs and disinfecting services to combat the spread of any disease-causing organisms. The County currently has Thirty-Four (34) locations that require janitorial services. The total square footage to be serviced is approximately Four Hundred and Ten thousand (410,000) square feet. This number is subject to change and the County reserves the right to either add or delete locations, square footage and/or frequency of service(s). The successful Contractor will be required to provide quality service with minimal service call backs.
