Description
The contractor shall provide a monthly full-service HVAC chemical water treatment program, including ancillary equipment cleaning service, and all management, labor, material, parts, equipment, transportation, tools, and applicable taxes necessary to maintain, service, calibrate, and repairs in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 12-2000. The systems to be treated, serviced, and cleaned consist of two each open-loop cooling tower water systems and chiller condenser bundles.
