The kitchen countertop needs to be replaced and the main bathroom needs a complete renovation. The existing kitchen counter has two sections. One section is 9'-4" w x 2'-0" d. The second section is 3.5" w x 2'-0" d. Both sections will be completely removed and replace with a granite countertop to match the existing dimensions. Color to match existing. The main bathroom will require a complete renovation to include: Removal of the existing tub and shower head. Remove the vanity sink, and toilet. All disconnections of water lines. Remove all existing floor tile. Remove the existing shower curtain. Remove the existing door, replace when the project ends. The contractor will be responsible for the purchase of all materials and labor to install a new shower head, vanity cabinet with sink, new toilet bowel, install a new faucet onto the sink, floor tiles white in color. All safety railings, shower and new curtain New vanity cabinet with sink will be 30" w x 31-1/2" h, x 21" d. 2) New faucet will be a center set type. New toilet bowel will be 27 x 15 x 36. Floor tile can be ceramic or porcelain. Bid bond required. Liability insurance and a pre-construction meeting will be required.
