Description
The Massachusetts DOT is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Space Modernization for the Highway Operation Center (HOC) in the City of Boston. Prime/General Bidders must be certified by DCAMM in the General Building Construction category. Sub bids will be received until November 9, 2021 at 2:00pm. All official Filed Sub-Bidders shall submit a valid DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility, a completed and signed Sub-Bidder Update Statement, and a Document B00520 Form for Sub-Bid. Sub trades include Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, Glass and Glazing, Painting, Tiles, Acoustical Tiles, Resilient Flooring, and Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron Work. Filed Sub-bids due 10/13/21. DBE goal is 16%. Bonds and prevailing wages
