Description
New Construction: The successful bidder will be responsible for construction of the Caswell County 4-Bay Salt Shed. The building is constructed of cast-in-place concrete walls bearing on a shallow concrete foundation, concrete apron with retaining wall and a wood truss roof. There is no plumbing or mechanical work in this project. All proposals shall be lump sum. Questions due 10/5/21 by 3pm. Bonds required.
