Scope is relegated to renovation work, including interior finishing and security upgrades and related construction including selective demolition, interior partitions and doors, low-voltage, electrical work and other Work as indicated in the Contract Documents at the Community Services Building, located at 150 N. Third Street, Burbank, CA 91502. This project requires night work. 20 working days. Bonds, Insurance and Prevailing Wages required. Technical questions to be submitted no later than 9/30/21 by 2:00 pm. This project is Federally funded and DBE participation requirements apply.
