Description
Multiple parking lots at College of the Albemarle in Elizabeth City, NC. Scope of work:
Establish traffic control if needed, Remove all parking stops and dispose of any damaged, store good for reuse, Mill 1” of entire area, Haul and dispose of millings, Clean and prep milled area for new asphalt, Prep any seems between new asphalt and existing asphalt per specifications below, Prep any seems between new asphalt and existing concrete sidewalks per specifications: Apply tack coat per specifications, Place 1” rolled compacted Type SF 9.5B Asphalt Surface Course; Line strip back to original striping; Install parking. Bonds required.
