Seeking one qualified recommended vendor for the janitorial services, as per the attached specifications, for the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Vocational
Rehabilitation Services at the Washington VR office located at 953 Washington Square Mall, Washington NC 27889. Scope includes trash removal, kitchen surfaces, dusting all ledges, vacuum, HVAC grill dusting, general spot cleaning including drinking fountains, Dusting blinds, sweep and damp mop, scrub tile and linoleum floors, all restroom cleaning. replenish all bathroom supplies, deodorize and disinfect all trips, drains, toilets and urinals, in all bathrooms. Cleaning supplies shall be on the EPA list of disinfectant for COVID-19.
