Description
Existing carpet will be removed from the 2nd story of Courthouse #2 and replaced with LVT. Only one type of flooring will be installed on this project: Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT). The contractor will provide the material and labor for this project. The entire project is an approximate total of 8,000 square feet. It is the responsibility of the contractor to determine exact dimensions during the pre-bid conference. Contractor will remove existing flooring, prep for new flooring, and replace with LVT as specified below. Six-inch, wood baseboard and shoe moulding shall also be added in rooms and hallways where it is not currently present. This project shall also include all flooring transition strips. Contractor will be responsible for the removal of any flooring/construction material associated with the project.
